INDICATIONS:

Impression material for bite registration: registration of centric occlusion.

INSTRUCTIONS FOR USAGE:

• Apply bite registration material to the occlusal surfaces of the lower teeth and slide the mandibula into a central occlusion.
• Before removing the registration, always check intraorally to see if the material has set.
• High temperatures speed up the setting, whereas cold temperatures slow it down.
• Examine the models for void projections (bubbles) in the impression.
• Remove these bubbles before articulating the models, as they may hinder the bite registration from seating properly.
• It is critical that all gingival contact be trimmed down with a sharp knife to remove any undercuts once the bite impression has set and been removed from the mouth.
• Trimming the bite registration in this manner will prevent any rebound when the models are articulated
• Removing the gingival contact also allows for visual evaluation of the bite registration to ensure that it is properly installed.
• The material may be used in the „closed mouth“ or „preoccluded“ technique
• Guide the patient into centric before applying JET BITE
